Return Policy
Now for the boring and hopefully unnecessary stuff...
Please contact us regarding any issues relating to misprinted / damaged / defective items.
Claims must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We will contact the manufacturer on your behalf regarding these issues and advise you of what action to take regarding returns.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our manufacturer. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable) So, please make sure you use the correct address to avoid paying additional fees for reshipment - we'd much rather your hard-earned money went towards our products than shipping fees!
Sealed Goods - (eg face masks) we can not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. Therefore, any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or ordering the incorrect size (please see our sizing guides for product sizing details) but please reach out as we would be happy to discuss alternative solutions with you!
